Fraudband announce national tour of Japan!
Fraudband have been the band involved in the most Kasumuen Records releases to date. Of late they have been quiet. This is about to change with the announcement of a national tour of Japan.
The band will play 10 shows across 6 cities in 11 days with some of Japan’s most noted underground acts including Los Doroncos (ex-Les Rallizes Dénudés), the frenetic Mustang Jerx and Masami Kawaguchi, who recently recorded an album with Deniz Tek and Penny Ikinger.
Before flying out of Australia, Fraudband play a one off headline show at The Old Bar, Fitzroy on 24th September. It will be Sunday set times so they will be on stage at 10pm, with doors at 7.30 and supports on at 8pm and 9pm.
Send-off show support from Spooky Records’ latest signing, The Braves plus NQR, new band for members of S-Bahn, recently returned from living in New York.
Fraudband will have the last copies of their Bevis Frond split LP at this show. They will be taking these LPs to Japan so chances are there’ll be none left on return.
